Happy February Beauties!!! Seriously.. can you believe that February has already come and gone!? I seriously can’t! I was thinking to myself today… “Wow, I really graduate college in a little over 8 weeks.” LIKE WHAT!???? Yeah, I totally freaked myself out. Haha. Anywhoooooo, I am coming at y’all once again with my monthly favorites! This month’s makeup exploration was very interesting, to say the least. I came across so many products that I loved and some that… Well, I just wasn’t too pleased with. That’s how it is sometimes, though. Am I right?? Haha. This month’s beauty favorites are all about “everyday products” that can benefit you in so many ways! Sooooo, let’s take a peek at what I fell in love with!

Maybelline New York Volum’ Express The Colossal Big Shot Washable Mascara
I usually stick to the same Maybelline mascara, Lash Sensational, but I was feeling a little daring one day and decided to try out the Big Shot mascara. GOOD thing I did! I really loved this mascara because of the applicator. It really allowed for a root to tip application that made my eyelashes look so voluminous. I am not a fan of clumpy mascara, so I am glad that this applicator allowed for my eyelashes to separate and look so smooth. Not to mention…when I used it my eyelashes actually looked longer. That is just my opinion. Haha. Lately, I have been using this mascara along with the Lash Sensational mascara to make sure that I get that extra lash separation that I am looking for. I highly recommend trying this mascara out, you can’t beat it for the price!
The next two products that I have been loving are Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream 8-in-1 Skin Protector & Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser Primer. If you don’t know this by now… Which you probably should… I am Maybelline OBSESSED! I am sorry y’all! Their products are simply amazing for the price. I have yet to find a product that I truly do not love. I probably also love it so much because it was the very first product line that I actually started using on a daily back in high school.
Okay so let me tell you why I have been loving this BB cream and pore eraser. I know I am not the only person who hates wearing a full coverage foundation EVERY SINGLE DAY. Am I right!??? Well, this combo will be life changing! I am always on the go, so spending a lot of time on my makeup in the morning is not always possible. On my busy, I “want my face to breathe” days haha… I throw on first the pore eraser and then the BB cream (light/medium). I truly love this combination.The pore eraser simply primes my face for the BB cream and gives my skin an added smooth touch. I still get that natural “no makeup” look with a touch of moisture that leaves my skin looking glowy and hydrated. Who doesn’t love that?? I sure do! The BB cream is not an oily or heavy formula at all, which is great! I will say that if you are looking for full coverage, these products will not be the best option. It is a very lightweight formula and you can see a few of my blemish scars. I am not complaining though because those are a natural part of me! You all should definitely try this if you want something light for those busy days.
LOVE LOVE LOVE, MAC Lipstick- Craving.
This lipstick is such a great shade of pink/rose! It has been one of my everyday lips with a neutral eyeshadow. This is an amplified lipstick which has a creamy and high coverage finish. Not to mention, the shine is an added bonus. I love that is has a glossy look to it which makes my lips feel hydrated. Overall, I love this color for the spring season!
Philosophy Renewed Hope In A Jar is hydration at is finest!
This moisturizer has really been saving my skin lately! I have been on a skincare journey. I have been trying to venture out and find new products that are suitable for my sensitive skin. I use Renewed Hope it in the morning before I apply my makeup and at night after I wash my face. I have been really loving the extra hydration it provides. I truly feel like it is slowly bringing my semi-dry skin back to life, for a lack of better words. Haha. Also, it smells lovely! I am going to continue to use it and I will definitely give y’all an update soon!
Last but not least, I have been LOVING the Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder.
If you follow me on Instagram or Facebook, you know that I have been talking about this TLSP a lot! So I am not going to talk much about this product because it deserves it’s very own post. Coming very soon! I promise. I will say that… it has transformed my entire foundation and contouring look and it was complimentary, thanks to Influenster and Sephora! I am so in love with the “dreamy” look it has been leaving my face with. I am so grateful that I received this product from Influenster… more on this coming soon! ❤
