July Beauty Favorites

Doesn’t finding new makeup and beauty products make your month that much more exciting!? It sure does for me! Each month is like a scavenger hunt for the best products that allow me to love makeup that much more!

During the month of July, I was drawn to products that enhance the natural looks I have been wearing this summer. With the intense heat and blazing sun in Texas, I have been loving a warm/bronzy look that leaves my skin glowy.

This month I found 7 products that will do just that!

Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette

The Naked Urban Decay HEAT palette screams warm and bronzy! Reason numero uno why I was so drawn to it. Most shadows that I wear are on the neutral and natural side, so this palette was perfect for the look I was trying to achieve this month. The shadows are really pigmented and buttery. Also, they blend very well. For a more natural eye look with just a touch of shimmer, I use the shades Chaser,  Sauced, and Ounce. If I want to turn the heat up (pun intended), I add a little Cayenne to the crease and blend it out. In my opinion, the amber-hued palette is worth the money!

Smashbox Be Legendary Liquid Lip – Mauve Wife

Smashbox Mauve Wife

$24.00

No regrets, EVER… for dropping good money on a stunning lipstick! Smashbox Be Legendary Liquid Lip in Mauve Wife is the perfect mix of pink, mauve, and warm tones all in one. The wear is a slightly heavy but NOT uncomfortable at all! I love the precision applicator. It allows for you to line your lips and apply the product evenly.

A great product for pout perfect lips!

Benefit Cosmetics Roller Lash Curling and Lifting Mascara

Roller Lash

$24.00

MEGA lash length!! I got this mascara as a sample and immediately went back for a full size! You don’t get a lot of volume with this mascara but you do get length. The noticeable lift and curl truly won me over. This mascara has become a staple product in my makeup bag.

Milani Color Statement Lipstick – Dulce Caramelo

MLSN- 27-Dulce Caramelo-V2

Milani’s Dulce Caramelo is my favorite summer drugstore lipstick that, I will wear well into the fall. It is a flirty pink with a slight goldish metallic undertone. It is very light weight and pigmented. Also, it smells like candy! Super sweet scent! The only drawback that I found was that it does not last very long. You will find yourself reapplying often. No biggie though because the color is to die for!

Milani Color Statement Lip Liner – All Natural

I love to pair Dulce Caramelo with Milani’s Color Statement lip liner in All Natural. This liner also works very well with other neutral lipsticks.

Ciate Glow – To Illuminating Blush – Summer Love

BNG001---Glow-To-Illuminating-Blush---Summer-Love_1024x1024

$26.00

Glow baby, glow! I seriously LOVE the shimmer is this blush. I bought this product more for highlighting purposes rather than a blush. It truly adds a noticeable yet natural glow to your skin. I use this blush most often during my quick 5-minute makeup routine – concealer under the eyes, mascara, bronzer, and highlight for a sun kissed yet natural glow.

L’Occitane Dry Skin Hand Cream – Shea Butter

$12.00

So many people have been raving about L’Occitane Hand Creams. So, of course… I had to try it out for myself. If you love buttery soft skin, pick yourself up a bottle. The shea butter, coconut oil, honey, and marshmallow root extracts within, keep my hands super hydrated and ultra soft.

I currently am using the shea butter scent, which I LOVE. I definitely want to try the lavender scent soon!

There you have it beauties, July’s monthly beauty favorites. If you have tried any of these products… Let me know your thought! 🙂
